Filler for Transparent Film Application

additive masterbatch made by extrusion method, is a product of complex chemical composition, formed by the mix of natural and chemical components. It is a blend of fine mesh talc and resin.

The masterbatch is intended for filling and modification of polyethylene products.

Advantages:
1. To increase production efficiency and lower costs, with good disperse which the miscibility with polyethylene is good and can improve the pulling strength.
2. Good for printing, good ventilation property, no dust appears, deduct the quantity of white master batch.
3. Easy to fire for recycled plastic products, no oil and damage to incinerator when burning.
