Dispersant: Imported from Europe and US Featuring its powerful affinity ,It can effectively disperse the pigment into the carrier and also act as good interior lubricant.
 

Quantity of use: The used quantity of color master batch for Colden series is 1~4%,However,owing to different production processes, the quantity may vary .We suggest that quantity shall subject to its own standards.

 Color will be changed after the melts of color master bath and color powder stay in machine cylinder can endure temperature between **0°c~**0°c

4, light fastness

Tests conducted on the basis of ISOR**9/DIN****9 standards show its light fastness is over class5, with class 8 as maximum

5, Weather resistance

Tests conducted in aging property tester according to cycle **9° method show its weather resistance is between class3~5,with class 5 as maximum

6, quantity of use

 the sued quantity of color master batch for golden series is **4%,however,owing to different production processes the quantity may vary we suggest that the quantity shall subject to its own standards.

7, supplement

As the color master batch is widely used the tendency that the direct used of pigment will be replaced is unavoidable not only because of the advantages of color master batch but also of it is performance for environmental protection the golden series color master batches as we recommended can be applied for plastic products however due to difference of the production processes and operation conditions we also recommend that small tests shall be conducted when some color master batch is used.
