The processing
capability is between 5 tons (*0 barrels) to ***0 tons
(****0 barrels) per day, as requested by
Refinery for
crude oil, wax oil and heavy oil
will take
distillation, catalystic cracking process, main products from
this refinery will be gasoline, diesel, spirit, fuel
oil and asphalt etc. Scale is from *0BPD to *5,**0BPD.
Refinery
for used engine oil and lubricants will take distialltion and
multi- short path evaporation process. Main products are
base oil and fuel oil. Catalyst cracking doesn't work
efficiently for this kind of refinery. Different base oil
can be used as raw materials of lubricant or diesel or
fuel etc.
Refinery
for waste tyres will take heating cracking
and catalystic cracking process. Main products are fuel oil(*5%),
carbon black (*0%) and steel wires(*0%). Due
to high content of surphur in the tyres, this kind of fuel
oil will have lot of pollution during used. No small
refinery can remove the surphur in the fuel oil of waste tyres or
refine the waste tyres into gasoline or diesel.
The ways to
cooperation:
1.Turnkey project
of complete line, including analysis, customization, design of
proction lines and workshop, manufacturing, construction of
workshop, installation and adjustment of production,
commissioning, training and certification
2.Set up joint
venture for refineries of crude oil and used engine oil. (
we are not interested in the waste tyre.
3. BOT: build,
operation and transfer BOT
4. Supply
equipment of refinery.
