A. INTEGRAL STRAIGHT BLADE STABILIZER

Note: Integral *-straight rib stabilizer, integral *- straight rib stabilizer, working surface are provided with carbide insert compound or overlay welding, etc. The body is made from high strength alloy steel and heat treated.

B. INTEGRAL SPIRAL BLADE STABILIZER

Note: Integral *- spiral blade stabilizer, integral *- spiral blade stabilizer ( string type, near bit type ). The working hard-facing  materials available separately are:

      1. carbide insert

      2. inserted diamond compound

      3. low temperature brazing  tungsten carbide slug

      4. surface bead welding abrasive welding rod, etc.

C. REPLACEABLE SLEEVE SPIRAL STABILIZER

Note: Replaceable sleeve stabilizer is made of a body and a centralizing body. The advantage is that the sleeve can be changed quickly and easily after sleeve hard-facing is worn-out. This kind of stabilizer is especially suitable for working in directional well.

D. FLOAT VALVE STABILIZER

Note: Float valve stabilizer is mainly used in near bit type stabilizer while working for preventing from borehole deflection, when blowout or well kick takes place, the float valve stabilizer will automatically shut off inside bore of tool to avoid the accident.
