* Followings are description of oil-free high pressure compressor we manufacture in Korea.
1. Specification
. Type : 2~4 stage, Air (by cooling-fan)or Water-cooled (by
radiator), V-belt, Piston reciprocating
. Oil-free type that crankcase is separated from the compression
area by long pistons.
. Working pressure : 15 ~ 400 bar G.
. Flow capacity : 12 ~ 60 Nm3/hr (Max. 40 m3/hr at high
pressure)
. Assembled with power control box, safety valves, auto
stop/start by pressure switch,
condensate auto drain trap(w/timer), inter &
after-cooler, pressure gauges, separators,
water-pump & self-contained radiator (or cooling-fan)
on skid frame, etc
. Driver : Electric motor (or petrol-gasoline/diesel engine)
. Noise level : 70 ~ 75 dB(A) at 1.5M distance.(E-motor)
