Olive Oil is an oil obtained from the olive, a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. It is commonly used in cooking, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, soaps, and as a fuel for traditional oil lamps. Olive oil is used throughout the world, but is an integral part of Mediterranean cuisines.

Olive oil is largely known for containing a wide variety of valuable antioxidants that are not found in other oils. Hyrdoxytyrosol is thought to be the main antioxidant compound in olives, and is believed to play a significant role in the many health benefits attributed to olive oil.

Epidemiological studies suggest that olive oil has a protective effect against certain malignant tumors in the breast, prostate, endometrium, and digestive tract.

This olive oil is from the costal region of north-western Italy named Liguria. 

This olive oil is sold in 1 liter PET bottles, *5 liter jerrycans, or **0 kg drums. A continuous supply schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc...) can be readily established.
