Our Olive oils are the subject of the classification and the denominations indicated hereafter: 1)Extra virgin olive oil: virgin olive oil whose organoleptic notation is equal or higher than 6,5, of which the free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, is to the maximum of 1 G for **0 G and whose other characteristics are in conformity with those planned for this category. 2)Virgin Olive Oil: virgin olive oil whose organoleptic notation is equal or higher than 5,5, of which the free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, is to the maximum of 2 G for **0 G . 3)Table Vergin Olive Oil: Table virgin olive oil whose organoleptic notation is equal or higher than 3,5, of which the free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, is to the maximum of 3,3 G for **0 G . 4)Lampante Olive Oil: virgin olive oil whose organoleptic notation is lower than 3,5 and/or whose free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, is HIGHER than 3,3 G for **0 G .
