Product Description

If the OMS*5 hydraulic motor speed ratio is reduced, the factors may be:

(1) pump damage, pump shell overheating and cause noise

(2) When the valve is opened, the valve chirps or hiss, and some parts are overheated

(3) The pressure regulating valve is locked or the oil supply and return system software is not smooth, and part of the overheating

(4) Excessive leakage of crankcase ventilation of ball plug hydraulic motor, excessive leakage of single put pipeline and high oil quantity

(5) Too much leakage of the distribution flow valve, overheating of the valve chamber, and hot touch of the hand

Methods for the above aspects are as follows:

Change the pump and analyze the cause of its loss, check the valve, if intact, check the system software working pressure, check and correct, for the fourth point can have the following four points to solve:

A. Check the oil viscosity and operating temperature

B. Check the sealing condition of the cylinder piston

C. Check the ball hinge

D. Check the situation between the crankshaft and rack surface and the sealing condition of the distribution flow valve
