It is compliant with related standards in Chinese National Standards.

Description:

GS***1A, an automatic trace amount hydrocarbon online detecting chromatograph, could quantitative analyze trace amount hydrocarbon in liquid oxygen, CO2 and other inert gas. It can be connected directly to the producing equipment to inspect the change of component contents at any moment, providing important data for the safe operation of main condenser of air separation unit.

 

Meanwhile, as a process control instrument for the hydrocarbon detection in the petroleum, chemical industry, steel industry, gas industry and other industries, it has a high separation efficiency for those substances (C1 to C4) which are hard to separate, and has a high detecting sensitivity (0.*1ppm for ethyne). It is compliant with related standards in Chinese National Standards.

 

The instrument samples, injects, outputs analysis report automatically. The three circuit lines of liquid air/liquid oxygen/product oxygen are detected automatically. Single line detection could also be done. It has been already widely applied in oxygen generation from air separation.
