The product not only has excellent low-smoke halogen-free flame
retardant performance,but also has excellent extrusiion processing
performance. It can be extruded on an ordinary PVC extruder. As
long as the cooling device is normal, the extrusion processing
speed can be accelerated. The performance of thid product is batter
than similar products.
The series are based on polyolefin and
contain special halogen-free flame retardants and smoke
suppresants,which are processed by precise mixing with special
formulas. When the cable structure is desugned reasonably, it can
pass the A/B/C type combustion test and meet the light
transmittance requirments. When burning, no halogen acid gas is
released, the amound of toxic and crossive gas is vey small and the
smokeconcentration is very low. We can also provide anti-termite,
anti-rodent and UV resistant properties according to customer
requirment.
2.Feature ans uses
This product is suitable for accasions with
high flame retardant requirments and low secondary hazards, such as
subways, ships, high-rise building program-controlled switch rooms,
computer rooms and various crowded public places. Suitabke for
optical cable and wire core working termperature *0℃ low smoke
halogen free flame retardant cable sheath. This product is
guaranteed to pass verious beam burning tests and light
transmittance tests. What's more, it has super cracking resistance
property.

Extrusion process
The
drying temperature is *5℃ and the drying time is at least 2 hours.
It is advisable for the hot material to enter the extruder. It
can be extruded by L/D ****5 extruder. When the screw compression
ratio is low, the output volume is large. Ecah zone of the extruder
must have a cooling control system and the indicated value of the
temperaturecontrol table varis with the typr of extruder, each user
should select a suitable temperature according to the specific
conditions of the extruder used. The following temperatures can be
