Ansne Cast consists of a knitted polyester fabric impregnated with a polyurethane resin. Exposure to moisture or water initiates a chemical reaction which causes the roll to set. The finished wrap will retain its shape while remaining elastic to the touch.  It is intended to enhance generally and partial remedial value to adjoin bones for orthopedic illness or fracture from exteral wound, and to preserve fixation for swollen or wounded joint.

Operations:

1. Wear gloves and choose proper specifications
2. Use cast padding or stockinet on fixed part
3. Open bag and take out cast,Immerse in room temperature water at 4 to 6 seconds and press
4. 2 to 3 times,take it out and squeeze out excess water
5. Wrap cast spirally according to need and keep proper tension
6. Wrap 2 to 4 layers at non-weight-bearing position and 4 to 6 layers at weight-bearing position
7. Shape wrapped cast according to need
8. Solidify time:3 to 5 minutes,*0 minutes later cast reaches enough strength
9. Use electric cast saw to cut and remove it

Precautions:

• Operator should wear gloves to avoid polyurethane touching and adhering skin
• Open one bag at one time and use cast immediately
• Don't open multi-bags at same time and so that to avoid weakening strength
• Cast need to be cut and removed by electric cast saw
• Pay attention to avoid breakage of bags during transportation and storage,for touching   moisture in air can cause cast to solidify
