We offer natural ovine and bovine casing, which is produced by the biggest complex in Iran located in Tabriz city.

Because of modern processing techniques, European quality standards № ****3 HACCP and multiphase sorting and quality control, natural sausage casing corresponds to all the requirements of sausage producers and provides high casing capacity.

We conduct bulk supplies. If needed we can provide supply to each region of Ukraine. Grades of quality – A, B, C, diameter – from *6 mm.

Salted and dried, natural sausage casing consists mainly of protein and connective tissue. During the production process, connecting tissue of natural casing  connects with the stuffing protein, which provides internal connection between stuffing and internal surface of the casing. For sausage producers using natural casing provides more freedom for cooking art: for example, packed product can be pickled/marinated. Another advantage of natural casing is its high penetrability which provides even smoke penetration during the process of smoking. The usage of natural sausage casing in the production of cooked sausage and paste prevents from bouillon-fatty swelling. One of important properties of natural casing is the possibility of its consumption as a food, which is especially evaluated during the production of sausages of small sizes.
