3. Main Function

1. Fast and completely decompose harmful volatile organic compounds inside the car , such as formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, TVOC Total volatile organic compounds, etc., deodorize unpleasant smells of cigarette smoke, alcohol and food, effectively kill suspended bacteria and viruses, and protect passengers from cross infection.

2. Adopting plasma solo patent technology, it can produces both positive ions and negative ions, Eliminate dust and static electricity in air, purify polluted substance from car off gas, such as carbon monoxide, ex nitride ox hydroxide, etc. and negative anion can neutralize with the soot and dust of positive ion floating in the air, as result it can be down so clear the air. 5. Operation

5.1 Put the two connected tube in to the car ,turn on the power switch â‘¢.

 

5.2 Digital electronic start to work, the machine turn to operating system interface from start-up screen. The machine is ready to work.

 

5.3 The car ozone sterilizer control is totally LED electric automatic control system. Click the 

Start , the work light will turn on. Then car ozone air sterilizer machine begin to work. Ozone generator machine working is on the countdown (**0 seconds).After that, the switch can be changed automatically to bypass when Step 2 is over. Then air decontamination system begins working, the work light will continue lighting, machine is on the countdown (**0seconds).

 

5.3 While Step 2 and 3 are over, air ozone sterilizer will cease operating; then click the off lamp, the system is completely accomplished. Total working time: *0mins.

 

5.4 While operating processing, you could turn off the off lamp, if you dont the working light lighting.

 

5.5 Transformer device and air pump was turning on during working time ,the radiator thermal induction automotive control the machine working or closing

 

5.6  If you dont want the working lamp on ,click Function

 

Note: LED control system components: by the control circuit, a control chip, touch display system components. When plugged in the central control system began to press the "Start" key issue commands mobilization other device system work, the machine automatically start working and stop working, no staff on duty during the period.

7. Warranty

The company's full ranges of products, from the date of your purchase, free one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.

 

7.1 If installation needed, business trip cost will be covered by customer.

 

7.2 For the following failure, the company will not undertake the free warranty obligations, maintenance cost of materials: will be charged 

 

7.3 Too wet environment (humidity ≧ *5%) or water inside the machine may damage the product;

 

7.4 Unauthorized changes to the product structure and cause damage to the product;

 

7.5 Cause product damage due to natural disasters or other force manure;

 

7.6 Long-distance transport by Freight Company to transport the damage caused by the way;

 

7.7 .Couldnt provide valid proof of purchase;

 

7.8 Beyond the scope of our responsibilities capacity by natural disasters (such as earthquake, flood, etc) or any acts and accidents caused the loss, the company does not undertake liability

 

7.9 Improper operation of machine caused the sterilization failure to standards

8. Failure and analysis    

8.1 No power：check the plug tight or loose，whether is **0V AC power

 

8.2 Check the fuse in the plug burn or not, if burn out, replace 

 

8.3 If working screen display ozone machine working well, but no ozone output, contact the supplier

 If the problem unsolved after the above step, contact you supplier.
