varieties of malting european barley. 2rw malt - malt from two-row
spring barley varieties.
Malt is stored in ventilated, protected from precipitation, clean,
without any odor granaries and silos not infected by pests at
ambient temperatures from **0 to *0 ° C and relative humidity of
*5% .Under such conditions it is recommended to use whole grain
malt during *2 months after date of manufacture.
Our malt is produced in strict accordance with HACCP regulations
(Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) and with management
system STB ISO ***1, it complies also with the environmental
standard ISO ****1.
