IBISE Panel sizing saw blades are fabricated by
the excellent alloyed steel plates SKS*1 from Japan, Ceratizit
ultrafine grade carbide tips and Sandwich brazing solders. All
circular saw blades are carried to perfect heat
treatment, dynamic balance and tensioning to ensuring premium
results. After circular saw blades have been
brazed and put through 2 step sharpening processes to insure the
utmost quality.
To solve the problem of a material chipping at the bottom is best
done with a main blade and a scoring saw blade,
held in precise alignment to each other and turning in opposite
directions.
Panel sizing saw blades and Scoring saw
blades are designed for use on panel machines for
cutting MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and bonded
materials. All panel sizing saw blades are made
with ultrafine grade carbide tips for longer life.
