This machine is a fully automatic paper cone production line for textile industry. It consists of paper cone winding unit, cone drier, and paper cone finishing unit. The complete production process:Jumbo paper reel feeding—Inside and outside printing—Paper edge grinding—paper cutting—paper cone winding&trimming— Paper cone drying—Unfinished products collecting—Head curling(Bull nosing)—Grinding— V-shaped notching—Line pressing—Final products collecting. One set of cone mold will be delivered together with the machine. Extra mold needs extra payment.

*- Paper patterns delivered by Precision linear module driven by servo motor. High-precision& Long service life

*- Sucking paper on spindle by Japan Orion vacuum pump. Long service time

*- Cone winding driven by Delta servo motor. Rolling circle can be set freely. Winding tightly. 

*- New vertical type cone finishing machine: Simple machine, not complex. Machine runs very stably. Easy operate, less maintenance. Only a few of parts need to be changed when cone size changes.

*- If you need to produce different size cone, only need to change 2pcs mold and adjust the position of paper cutting blades. Very easy and convenient.
