High-speed super-shaper paperboard machine is developed on the base of absorbing advanced paper making machine technology both in state and from abroad by our company . High-speed super-shaper combines both advantages of Fourdrinier and cylinder perfectly , as a result it is surely a successful apotheosis of paperboard shaping . Its main principle is to use pulp flow box to distribute fibre suspending liquid (pulp material) averagely to horizontal short Fourdrinier, then initialization figuration of paper begins. When the inspissation of pulp material achieves **4% , paper is formed originally and is brought to cylinder and cage zone which is surrounded by carpet. Dehydration mechanism of paper in this section is similar to Fourdrinier paper machine. Combination of multiplayer paper is shaped between turning roller and crouch roller, because the paper is nipped between net and carpet , combination power among layers increases and it assures not to result in delamination phenomenon
