Product brief introduction:
UV***8 is a kind of high viscosity paper UV varnish, mainly composed of uv-curable epoxy resin, reactive monomer and initiator, etc, can rapidly solidified film by ultraviolet radiation. After curing film, it will present high gloss, good adhesion, good feeling, smooth surface, good flexibility, and has good abrasion resistance. The product can be used for printing machine on-line and offline glazing glazing, oil machine and a variety of ways, as well as partial glazing. Widely used in various thickness, different kinds of paper. This product conforms to the toy safety and health, the United States ASTM F*****3, the EU's EN*1, ROHS standards, have passed "SGS" heavy metal content test.

Recommend use methods:
 

1. If paper rolling happens by partial thick viscosity when go over offline glazing, can heat the UV varnish to a temperature of ****5 ℃ or add 5% or less after opening dilute acetic acid ethyl ester or alcohol use.
2. Ultraviolet strength, it's better to keep more than *5 MJ/cm² to dry.
3. Coating thickness is commonly **5 micron/ m² (dry base amount), can be properly adjusted according to printing paper and ink thickness of oil.
4. It is recommended to use our company's dedicated washing machine water as a cleaning agent.
5. Cooperate with our bottom UV oil, use effect will be better.

1. Demand higher flexibility after coating UV oil, please pay attention to and choose better flexibility paper.
2. After coating UV oil board, should avoid direct sunlight, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, so as to avoid yellowed by sunlight.
3. In the process of using UV oil, it is recommended that the regular cleaning the dust at the bottom of the tank and ink.
4. UV oil should avoid direct sunlight, avoid open a long time exposed to bright light.
5. The product warranty for six months under normal temperature, please use within valid.
