1. Direct heating, pasteurization and homogenization of milk (dairy products) and other foodstuff occur directly in TEK-PH hydrodynamic heater. Completeness of TEK PH units: hydrodynamic heater, circulating pump, process control devices, automatic control block and plate heat exchanger. Such units can be applied to the automatic cleaning (washing) purposes. 2. Mixing, dispergation, homogenization and emulsification of mixes with their heating occur in TEK-HP units. Applying of TEK-HP units, it is possible to receive dairy mixes - from the restored dried milk up to multicomponent mix (dry fat-free milk, vegetable fat, sugar, water, dry whey, etc.) with their mixing, preliminary homogenization and heating. They are used for processing of ice-cream mixes, condensed milk, melanges, etc. Completeness of ТЕК-HP units: hydrodynamic heater, circulating pump, process control devices, automatic control block. 3. Indirect heating (pasteurization). Water as the heat-carrier heats up in hydrodynamic heater, and milk (dairy product) pasteurization is carried out in the heat exchanger. It is used in processing of butter, cheese etc. ТЕК-М and ТЕК-МТ units are applied to such ***** of TEK-MT unit: hydrodynamic heater, plate heat exchanger, circulating pump, supplying pump, pipeline system, process control devices and automatic control board. The hydrodynamic TEK-M heater with automatics block is mounted in Customer's existing system. It is used as heat-generator.
