In most instances, when you are sourcing goods in China, you will be asked to send payments to a third party account, usually an export company. This is because most suppliers in China do not have an import and export certificate.
Although this certificate is easy to apply for, it requires several professionals to handle customs clearance, tax rebate and the preparation of documents. Small suppliers do not apply for this and so they are unable to accept foreign currency payments on behalf of their business. A huge amount of suppliers operate this way in China.
For these reasons and others, Kingas is willing and able to accept all payments on your behalf and forward them to the suppliers. All the necessary documentation which may entail customs, tax, invoicing, delivery will be done by Kingas Limited. They will also undertake to handle any contracts that may be agreed on between Buyer and Supplier. 
In each case, the export/shipping documents will be issued according to the contract between supplier and the export agent This will not affect the Buyer’s benefit and the documents will be used to declare customs and accept delivery.
