ABOUT PRODUCTS

PDC core bits incorporating Polycrystalline Diamond Compact Cutters can be very cost effective and very productive, which are applied to rock formation of f≦*0, mainly used for geological and hydrology drilling.

Two main types of core bits are available: rib core bits and flat core bits.

The rib core bits are applied to rock formation of f≦6, like mudstone, grantite, etc.

Our core bits adopt 2 cutters, flat and dome-shaped cutters. The flat cutters have high abrasion resistance and fast drilling efficiency, suitable for drilling integrate formation. The dome-shape cutters have high impact resistance and stable drilling performance, suitable for formations with hard interbed layers. Our diameter is from *5mm to **1mm, any special design is available upon customers’ request.
