Product Description

PE Foam Laminator is also called PE foam bonding machine. One side of PE foam sheet is heated nearly melting point via LPG flame, then laminate 2 pieces together by 2 rollers. No agent or glue is needed. Standard components: 1. Unwinding unit: 2 unkindest with unwinding roller, guiding limit rod and a frame. 2. Main lamination unit: main frame, smooth pull roller 2 pieces, adjustment devices, fire stove, cylinder, gearbox, pull motor, rubber roller, guiding roller, air adjustment devices and fire tube. 3. Rewinding unit: frame, winding roller and torque motor. 4. Electrical section: pull, rewinding, control devices, speed regulation, torque regulator (For export, we usually use Taiwan TECO and this is why it is more expensive than domestic design)
