Polyester needle felt is the most versatile, most cost effective and most widely used filter medium for dust collection . It is strong,  abrasion resistant, can work up to **0centidegree, and has good resistance to common acids, solvents and oxidizing agents.

Easily Dedusting Needle Felt

By treating the surface resinification treatment, Easily dedusting needle punched filter felt have sooth surface and can improve the air permeability , smooth degree  and reduce the dust adherence, operating resistance.

Polyester anti-static needle felt

It is easily resulted in the explosion and conflagration after the consistency of common industrial powder and dust reached the certain degree(explosion limit) if touching the static electricity light and spark outside, such as flour powder, chemical dust, coal powder etc, In the field of the dedusting filter bag, if we use the bag to collect dust, them the filter medium for bags must be anti-static.

Polyester anti-static needle felt (blended with electric fiber)

We blend stainless steel fibers in our felts when a good conductivity is needed. It needs not only the technology of common needle punched felt, but also combining the conducting fiber into the transversal yarn in the needle punched felt base cloth or the conducting fiber and conducting material into the chemical fiber. Our factory could produce both of anti-static filter cloth. The specification of our anti-static needle felt and filter cloth takes a leading position at home, otherwise , the authority department has already tested them.

Oil-water repellent needle felt
