Products overviews: PE release film refers to the film with separative  film on the surface.

PE release film does not have viscidity or slight viscidity contact with specific material under the limited conditions. Normally in order to increase the release force of the film, then do plasma treatment to the film or coated with fluorine, to make it act out the light and stable release force to different organic pressure glue. According to different release film , the release force is different, the viscidity of release product glue is different , to adjust the release force, to make it have the light and stable release force during peeling.



It is mainly used for: self-adhesive waterproofing coil materials, waterproofing materials, hot melt materials, hygiene products, advertising supplies,etc.

Performance: the temperature resistance  110 ~**0 ℃, the elongation at rupture rate≥ *0% peeling≥ 7.2 N/m, adhesive rate≥*5%.

Material color: dark gray, black, white, double black and milky white.

Our company can produce products of different colors per customer's specific requirements.

Material thickness: 0.**7 mm, 0.*3 mm to 0.*6 mm, produce products of different thickness according to customer's specific requirements

Material width: 8 cm ~ 2.5 m, produce products of different width according to customer's requirements.
