Material: PE/PP/PVC

This line is used for recycling and granulating of PP/PE waste filaments, wste films, waste bags and non-woven cloth.
   The screw and barral material is *8Cr MoaALA. After finish machining, shape and nitriding treatment, surface hardness HV>**0, has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.to improve plastic production, adopt double head screws and barrals, two cylinder inlets, special design to feeding and exhaust, two barrals are installed on bearing seat. Equipment has reasonable design, simple structure, easy maintenance, attractive apprearance and reliable performance.

The PVC granulate line is made up of conical twin screw extruder and assistant machines, which is used for granulating of PVC、 PE powder. The granules are uniformity, dense, beautiful. It is cut by mould section, transmission by wind, cool by libration isolation. It is high automatic, high productive and so on.
