Working Principle:

Jaw crusher contains main frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley , flywheel, moving 
jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate back seat, adjusting screw gap, 
the reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw and other components, which 
bracket also can play a role of insurance.
PE and PEX series jaw crusher is powered by a motor pulley, then drives the 
eccentric shaft by the belt and sheave to make the movable jaw reciprocated by a 
predetermined trajectory, which will enter the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate 
and side shield compose crushing cavity to break material, and the finished 
materials come out through the discharge port of the lower part. With the motor 
continuously rotating, moving jaw of crusher can crush and discharge finished 
product periodicity to achieve mass production.
