The personnel air showers from Weiber are specially designed antechambers that clean off dust particles, viable and non viable organic particles and other particulate matters from the clothes and skin surfaces of the personnel and equipments before they enter the clean room. They serve as an integral component of the modern clean rooms, providing a cost effective solution to the contamination problems. The fully automatic operation prevents the need for manual switching on/off of the air shower cycle and the shower time, providing an unmatched ease of use. The incorporated safety features such as magnetically operated interlocked doors, the auto reset feature and an array of alarms and LED indicators for actual and set parameters prevent accidental lockouts and ensure smooth functioning of the unit.

The programmable microprocessor based control offers an unparalleled application flexibility making the unit suitable even for highly stringent processes and extremely demanding applications. The use of pre-filters, HEPA filters and efficient fans and blowers ensures the continuous generation of high velocity air streams for scrubbing off surface-deposited particles from the personnel, whereas the recirculation of filtered air ensures highest level of sterility for particle sensitive processes. The electromagnetic interlocks allow only one door to be open at a time, therefore preventing cross contamination, whereas the emergency stop s located next to the doors allow either door to be opened, thereby preventing accidental entrapment of the personnel.

Our air showers allow programmable operation of the unit, unlike the conventional models and feature a pre-purge function for maintaining the sanctity of the clean air environment. These pre-tested and pre-wired units offer an ease of installation and are operational with a simple plug-in.
