PET empty bottle air conveyor is the latest design.  Characterisitics :

1.PET empty bottle air flow conveyor uses the air energy of fan as the transmission power, equipped with the airsaved bottle conveying duct, having achieved the direct conveyance of empty bottles produced from bottle blowing machine to labeling machine and filling machine for adhering labels and filling .
2.The main structural parts of the air duct are made by **4 stainless steel .which is able to resist the corrosion of all kinds of week acid or alkali.The air flow card bottle neck plate is made of UPE material,which has small firction resistance ,endurance of abrasion and can guarantee quite long service life.
3.The whole line control system adopts PLC,humancomputer interface ,frequency converter and photoelectic sensor,under such situations as many bottles,few bottles ,normal,piling and cliambing,photoelectric sensor be used to achieve automatic lifting and descending frequncey of the fan,and not subject to the influences of transparency,color ,reflectance rate and dust of the bottles,achieving automatic control of procedures.
4.It can reduce the secondary contamination of empty bottles,save packing cost and labor cost.this system possesses such characterisitics as energy saving,compact structure,beautiful appearance,simple control and easy to adjust and clean,in complicance with the santitation requirements of food and packing industry ,being an ideal bottle conveyance mechanical equipment.
5.PET empty bottle air flow conveyer consists of fan power device ,straight air duct,turn duct,ascending and descending air duct splitting and merging device,bottle dropping device and bottle clambing device.
