A PET granulator line is responsible for transforming the waste PET plastic into usable granules.



Process of PET Granulator Line



The process components of this plastic recycling granulator machine involves size reduction,melting and extrusion,filtering,cooling and pelletizing.The function and usage of these process components as follow:



Size Reduction:



The material is cut into smaller pieces by rotating blades within a cutting chamber. Screens with specific sizes of holes ensure the flakes are uniform. 



Melting and Extrusion:



The cut plastic is then melted and extruded through a die, forming strands. 



Filtering:



These molten plastic is filtered to remove impurities and ensure that granules are high-quality. 



Cooling and Pelletizing:



Above extruded strands are cooled with water,and then cut into small,uniform pellets.
