The recovery process of PET flake is that PET bottle body is separated from cover and label, and then crashed, cleaned and dried. Its specific process is as follows:

Step1. The first step is the selection process: select and classify the various PET flakes. Tore up the outside trademarks, these trademarks are mostly OPP, as well as PVC shrink film, which must be firstly peeled.

Step2. It is a crashing process, clean with water in the grinding process, to get rid of the dirt film in the various PET flakes.

Step3. It is to put these pieces into the steam treatment plant, by adding caustic soda, to get rid of grease and other stubborn impurities.

Step4. Wash with water, remove the remaining water, put into bag, and then dry it into vacuum oven.
