Detailed description:
Photoelectric liquid level sensor is a contact-type liquid level detection sensor utilizing photoelectric theory. The merits of it include below: with simple structure, high in precision, without mechanical parts, low power consumption, no need to ajust, high sensitivity, can stand erosion, stable in chemical property, with little effect on the detected medium, etc.
Currently we have two main types of photoelectric liquid level sensors to adapt to different requirements.

1. We can let the main body of the machine tank separate with the control circuit part and wont affect the sensitivity, precision and lifetime.
2. We strengthened the tolerance rate of the water tank and the sensing part.it can work precisely even under conditions when theres some deviation(in normal range) of the tank and the sensing part.

The advantage of photoelectric liquid level sensor comparing with magnetic reed switch float:

1. No mechanical contact surface. Utilizing photo theory to detect the liquid level. While magnetic reed switch is utilize the buoyance of the water to make the float move as the liquid level and induct the magnetic reed so to detect the liquid level. The float will jam when theres scale installed suitably.
2. The photoelectric liquid level sensor is with compact size and good integration ,can be installed in any direction; while magnetic reed switch with big size and moving parts ,with bad integration and can only install from bottom.
3. Photoelectric liquid level sensor is not affected by magnetic, heat ,shock, while magnetic reed switch is strongly affected by magnet ,iron, heat and shock and lose the magnetism.
4. With photoelectric liquid level sensor you can detect 1mm minimum level from bottom of the tank. While with magnetic reed switch, as the weight of float and magnet, downgrade is need to be considered, so the minimum level will be affected. If install with sink method, a pit has to be designed i the bottom of the tank.
5. The precision of photoelectric liquid level sensor in the water is±0.5 MM;

          The precision of magnetic reed switch in the water is±2.5 MM;

1. Life time of photoelectric liquid level sensor is more than *0,**0hrs;

          Lifetime of magnetic reed switch is *0,**0~*0,**0 times.
