These systems suitable for making cushions and pillows filled with a mixture of fiber, foam (sponge) and feather. High productivity, easy to operate. Smooth process from fiber opening, mixing with other materials, to the filling process without jamming.

-- It integrates smashing foam (sponge), opening fiber, mixing and filling together and finishes at a time.
-- Only by putting the foam/ sponge (including scrap), raw fiber (non-carded cellucotton) or down feather into the machine, it will loose the fiber and smash the foam, evenly mix them and the fill into the product.
-- CE Certification.

This system has the follow functions:
1. Separately used for carding fiber.
2. Used for carding fiber and filling.
3. Separately used for smashing foam/ sponge.
4. Used for carding fiber, mixing down feather and filling.
5. Used for carding fiber, mixing foam and filling.

-- Can also add a Ball Fiber Machine (pearl fiber machine),then it will become a Ball Fiber production and filling system.
-- If the Foam Cutting Machine (model J-20-A) to replace Foam Shredder (model J-21-a) will have a better product quality.
