Pin Lock Scaffold Layher Allround Multidirectional Ringlock Scaffolding

Product Description

Wellmade Scaffold produces all types of ringlock scaffolding include layher allround scaffolding types, at-pac types ringlock scaffolding, pin lock scaffold, New Zealand Types of Ringlock Scaffolding, Chile type multidirectional scaffolding etc. All types of ringlock scaffolding are made from OD*8.3mm scaffold tube for normal duty and OD*0.3mm scaffold tube for shoring heavy duty. 

Ringlock scaffolding components:

1) Ringlock standards verticals with rosette rings on and coupling pin as spigot to connect different standards in construction. Different types of ringlock standards has different rosette shape. 

Ringlock standard vertical tube should be S**5(Q**5) higher strength steel grade. 

Rosette rings can be S**5 or S**5. Pin Lock Scaffold and At-pac type ringlock scaffold rosette rings should be in S**5 and annealed that  good for cold weather. 

Shoring scaffolding ringlock system vertical tube should be made from *0mm diameter scaffolding tube. 

2) Ringlock Ledger Horizontals: Ringlock Ledgers are made from *8.3mm scaffold tube with cast steel ledger ends and wedge pins to lock and connect ringlock standards. 

Different ringlock types has different ledger ends too. 

There are O ledger and U ledger in layher scaffolding and new zealand type ringlock scaffolding. U ledger are made from U profile with legder ends an wedge pins. 

3)  Ringlock Intermediate Transom: Ringlock transom is made from *8.3mm diameter scaffold tube with C pressing and wedge pins on to give a support for ringlock platform in middle. 

4) Ringlock Diagonal brace: Ringlock Diagonal brace is made from OD*8.3mm or OD*2mm scaffolding pipe according to different clients requirement. There are vertical diagonal and horizontal diagonal for ringlock scaffolding system.

5) Ringlock Adjustable screw jack base: adjutable base plate can be in E-galvanized or hot dip galvaized. Adjustable range for screw jack base  can be *****0mm customized. The Jack nut for jack base can be normal duty and heavy duty. Jack base type can be drop forged or casted. 

There are square threaded and round threaded jack base. Round threaded jack base is more stronger. 

6) Ringlock Side bracket: ringlock side bracked can be fixed size or ajdustable size. 

7) Ringlock scaffolding truss ledgers: Truss ledgers for ringlock scaffolding are made from *8.3mm scaffold tube with casted steel ledger ends and wedge pins which is a type of stronger ledgers for access. 

8) Ringlock scaffolding lattice girders. Ringlock scaffolding lattice girders can be  in  standard size of 5.*7m, 6.*4m, 7.*1m in hot dip galvanized with ledger ends and wedge pins. 

9) Ringlock scffolding steel planks:ringlock scaffolding steel planks include **0x*7mm with 4 hooks, **0x*7mm with dog ear hooks at-pac type,  **0mm and **0mm steel planks. 

Steel planks hooks are different for O ledger and u ledger in ringlock scaffolding system. 

*0) ringlock scaffolding base collar: ringlock scaffolding base collar is a components for bases of ringlock system. It is made from *8.3mm scaffold tube and OD*7mm outer tube with one ring on. 

There are different height of base collar according to different system and clients request. 

*1) Ringlock scaffolding stairs: There  are steel scaffolding stairs and aluminium stairs for ringlock scaffolding system for access scaffolding.
