Pineapple Extract/ Powder is known to contain the fruit
enzyme 'bromelain'. It is an effective exfoliant that
sloughs off dead cells on the surface of the skin while
imparting benefits. It can also act as an astringent to use
in facial toners. Pineapple Powder is also a wonderful
source of natural color and adds a sharp, crisp citrus like
scent that adds to its cleansing and invigorating
properties. "Bromelain" is also known as pineapple enzyme.

the like. The optimum pH for casein, hemoglobin, and BAEE
is **8, and gelatin is pH 5.0. Enzyme activity is inhibited

(such as phenylalanine, tyrosine), selectively hydrolyzes
fibrin, decomposes muscle fibers, and works on fibrinogen
