Product Description

UHMW PE has nice integrity that ordinary polyethylene and other project plastics can not compared, it has the best anti-abrasive, anti-stroke, anti-chemical corruption, anti-low temperature and anti-aging, so it is called “an amazing plastic”.

The line achieves continuous extrusion of pipes, If changing the auxiliary machine, can produce rod, board, etc.

UHMWPE Pipe is used for transferring various powder, thick liquid and gas, such as mine powder, grain, river channel, silt treating, ash discharging in power plant, water utilization of sea and river, water drainage of mine, oil and gas transportion of chemical raw materials and industrial “three wastes”, etc. It can be instead of metal pipes, steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, alloy steel pipes.

The line adopts special-purpose extruders of UHMWPE: the super large torque reduction box, special designed screw, new type slotted cylinder, forming mold, cutting machine, bracket, etc.
