• We focus on standard size, colors and weight here. But we can make each unit exactly according to your needs, too. Just send your demands to us - we are prepared to produce your filament matching your specifications.

• Currently available standard colors: Green, Black, White, Purple, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Natural, Red

• Standard diameters available are:
• - 3 mm (actually 2.*0 mm +/- 0.1 mm)
• - 1.*5 mm (+/- 0.1 mm)

• Packing: 1kg/spool/polybag/box, *2 boxes/carton
• Production control:

• - Produce process:
• Before produce extruding filament, we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (**5 hours)
• Mix with colors master batch or colors powder, all which certified with RoHS
• Adjust temperature and dragging rate, make filament diameter range at 1.**1.8mm/2.**3.0mm, rouundness ±0.*5mm, each spool net weight 1kg ±0.*2kg
• We put all filament spool in shelf, different kind in different shelf, all categories arranged orderly
• - About waste and recycle:
• Much time you will find some black filament is too brittle, that added and mixed with some recycle and scrap after produced
• We haven't produced with scrap outlet, rework and recycle material, or dispose, but for quality assurance purpose
• - Packaging:
• We put each filament/spool on seal PE bag with desiccant, then smaller carton, then out big box
• We also have vacuum heated bag to replace of PE bag, make better avoid moisture
• - Production quality control:
• We have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range acceptable
• Keep each record filament samples sent to customers, build a tracking able document
• When the filament put on shelf longer than half a year, we will dry the filament again
