China and Germany high-precision reducer and communication
servo system, real-time feedback for speed and position to
achieve high accurate positioning drive. Horizontal guide
wheels are installed at the ends of drive
frame,to
adjust the stress of guide from the eccentric wheel of the
whole bottom
bracket,maintainingthe
stability of the guide when machine is working. Dustproof
function, on the both ends of drive, can remove the dust on
the surface of guide. The accuracy of working and installation ensure the accuracy of host transmission, besides, the electric also adopts CNC control system. That makes excellent transmission during speed regulation, which also guarantees the precision of positioning. High precise gear rack ensures accurate transmission. |

guideboard direction, the whole driving system is composed of
gear box, coaxial servo motor, optical encoder and VVVF drive
amplifier. The servo system and encoder can test and feedback
error accurately to PC when the machine is running,
correcting error and making sure the stability of the whole
