One basic Bottom Seal machine Model BS **0 Delta for LDPE, HMHDPE and PP with an AC Servo motor, Servo drive and a microprocessor controller with backlit display for size, speed, batch count and total count setting.

Maximum Web Width            :  **0 mm

Minimum Draw Length          :    *5 mm

Maximum Draw Length         :  **0 mm

Minimum Film Thickness      :    *0 microns for HMHDPE

                                                    *0 microns for LD / PP

The machine will consist of:

·        One unwind stand with friction clutch:

·        One photocell controller for conversion of printed rolls

·        One *-digit preset counter with buzzer

·        One proportional temperature controller for heater

·        One control panel housing complete electricals for motor control, overload relays,

temperature controllers and microprocessor

·        Main motor and unwinder motor will be AC motors with frequency drive for stepless speed variation

·        Indexing motor will be AC Servo motor
