pp (polypropylene) plastic honeycomb panel，pc (polycarbonate) and the main product types of plastic honeycomb panel ：

1) pp honeycomb panel (both sides with non-woven fabric)
Type：diameter(Φ-Φ*2) honeycomb core density(g/cm3)，non-woven fabric specification for both sides(g/m2).Standard size: ***0mm * ***0mm (*6" * *8"), we can also produce according to the customers’ requirements.
2) PC honeycombPC honeycomb diameter: 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm. Among them, 3.5mm (PC3.***0), 6mm (PC***0) are common used types.

Color: Mainly produces transparent, grey and white products. We can also produce other color products according to customers customized.
Products characteristics:
Light mass: The volume of pp(polypropylene) plastic honeycomb panel is about one twelfth of the same volume of water quality, is one thirty-second of the aluminium material, which can decrease the buildings' burden, and the weight of home service, cooking utensils, vehicles, ships and light rail vehicles.
Sound proof and Heat insulation: The air layer between two panels is divided into a lot of closed voids, and PP plastic and PC plastic are not the good heat conductor, 
which brings a great extent limit of the sound and thermal propagation. 
So that the plastic honeycomb panel has good sound and thermal proof performance.

Strength and Stiffness：High unit mass of specific strength and stiffness.
Convenience: Easy installation, can be cut casually by general knives and made into different kinds of irregular panels. 

Water proof and Wet resistant: Not deformed in the water. 
Environmental protection, Non-toxic and Harmless: Using PP and PC food packaging material, non-toxic and harmless, will not distribute noxious gases and can be recycled.
