We are located in nanxiang new and high science and technology industry parks, jiading district Shanghai China. Garden type factory covers a floor space of ***0 Square Meters.Benliu has gained a lot of experience of developing the molds of auto parts, for instance, the different type of rearview mirror molds, inner mirror of the car, and the more cavities mold of the car handle and oil tank cover mold. The air-assisted injection mold, over mold and rubber mold are also in our production within.

                              

Injection capacity:

Currently, there are *2 units of precision plastic-injection machine from *0tons and **0tons and all other relative equipments, we also offer secondary to meet the different client, such as screen print, pad print, electroplate, spraying and final parts assembling and packaging. we employ a workforce of approximately **0 staff members, including over *0 high skilled technical personnel to meet your requirements.

 

Design capacity:

 

By using Pro-Engineering, Auto-CAD, and UG, AutoCAD, Cimatron, MasterCAM.We can handle most of the design jobs offered. A team of *5 design engineers who have multiple years experience in tool design and products development. So efficient and fast service is expected here. Short lead time, optimized cost and high quality is the characters of our products.

Equipped with the inspection machine CMM machine, optical pyrometer, Electronic Height Gauge ,Electronic Gauge, All of these activities are carried are carried out in our factory by our experienced staff to ensure meeting your specific requirements.
