PVC-free plastisol is a liquid (free-flowing or highly viscous) acrylic resins dispersion that is fused by heat to form a solid end product. A plastisol formation can be altered to produce a variety of different physical properties. The plastisol can be hard as glass or soft as a plastic fishing rig, clear or any color including fluorescent, the finish can be glossy to matte, or flat to grainy surface. As you can see a plastisol can be formulated, by our expert personnel, to produce a variety of different end products. There are no standard plastisol formulations we sells. Each plastisol is custom made to meet the specific needs of our customers' manufacturing process. . Listed below is a range of physical properties plastisols can produce. Plastisols can also be formulated to resist chemical attack, weather ability, dielectric strength, fire resistance, abrasion resistance, and many other properties too numerous to mention. A plastisol can be processed by dip coating, rotational molding, slush molding, and knife coating. It can be also blended with other fillers for plastisol inks on textile, coatings for coils.
