Plate heat exchanger is made up of a group of corrugated metal plates; there are apertures on those metal plates. Two flows passing through the apertures exchange heat, plate combination is installed between a frame plate and a reassure plate, tightened screw bolt. There are also sealing washers on the plated, which are used to seal passages and lead fluids into passages alliteratively. The number of the plates is determined by physical property, pressure drop and temperature program of velocity fluids. The folding of plates accelerates turbulent flow of the fluids and supports the pressure difference of the plats. The machine used to cool and heat medicine liquid, liquid food products, purgative liquid and water, also used for pasteurization in some applications.
