   • Limitations: Bilateral cage implantation increases nerve retraction risks compared to TLIF .

• Preoperative: Non-sterile supply—strict sterilization required; endplate preparation quality directly affects fusion rates ;
• Intraoperative:
  • Avoid over-distraction causing endplate fractures;
