CAPES® flat sheet membrane is made from a Polyethersulfone Polymer cast, offered in a wide range of pore size from 0.*5~1.2um enabling our customers to meet the requirements of very different and specific applications.

These range from pre or final filtration in the food & beverage industry, process water treatment in microelectronics to applications in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

CAPES® flat sheet membranes come in a thickness of **0um on rolls and are perfectly suited for use in pleated filter cartridges.

Asymmertic Membrane Structure

Hydrophilic Polyethersulfon flat sheet membrane from ChungAh possess a unique asymmetrical structure that provides built-in prefiltration through the depth of the membrane and results in exceptionally high throughputs and flow rates.

The pore diameters on one surface of the membrane are over **0 times larger than the micron-rated pores on the opposite surface.

High Flow Rates

The high degree of membrane asymmetry with larger pores stacked over the smaller micron-rated pores also results in a high flow rate during the filtration process.

The resistance to flow is much less than conventional membranes because the ‘micron-rated’ pores are shorter in length at *0% of a conventional membrane’s thickness
