In Ruba Spring Facility, we manufacture Pocket Spring Unit with different wide range dimensions for Mattress Manufacturers. Furthermore, Pocket Spring Unit dimensions can be manufactured according to customer demands. The Height of Pocket Spring Unit can be manufactured from **0 mm to **0 mm. Diameter of Pocket Spring Unit can be manufactured from ø*2 mm to ø*5 mm with Steel Wire Diameter from 1,*0 mm to 2,*0 mm. We use *0 gr/m² - *0 gr/m² spun bonded and needle punch fiber in our Pocket Spring Unit production. The non-helical and knot free Pocket Springs are arranged into a Pocket Spring Unit with the help of clips and frame wires. Pocket Spring is avaible in arranged Pocket Spring Units glued to each other as well as in independent non-glued form. Pocket Spring Unit can be glued in 2 different ways as Middle Glued and Top Bottom Glued. We have 4 different types of zone as No Zone, 3 Zones, 5 Zones and 7 Zones.
