(1) Structrue The low molecular weight polyamide resin is condensed from dimerie acid(or ester)and ethylene diamine with the structure being H-[-HN-(-CH*-CH*-NH-)-COROCO]n-NH-(CH*-CH*-NH) CH=CH R:CH*-(-CH2.-CH) CH-(CH2)7 CH=CH CH*-(CH2) CH*-CH=CH-(CH2)7 (2).Property The low molecular weight polyamide resin is of good flexibility because of the longer fatty hydrocarbon carbon bond in the molecules. The resin is highly soluble in benzene and some mixed solvents. (3).Application Polyamide resin, together with solcent, pigment and filler can be formulated into a varicties of printing ink with bright colour, wonderful brilliance, fastness, water resistance, folding endurance and chemical stability printing effect on polyethylene , polypropylene, polyester films and aluminium foil. Printing fastness:After being pyro-electrically treated print on polyethylene film using ink formulated from the polyamide resin of our plant can stand stripping of the transparent adhesive tape.
