Single component, self levelling, ready-to-use, high technology fluid coating and water insulation material. It does not contain solvent and isocyanate. It is produced with MS Polymer Hybrid Technology and is resistant to UV. POLYMERA MS FLUID is developed as low viscosity for horizontal surfaces. For vertical and inclined surfaces POLYMERA MS which is a medium viscosity, semi-fluid product, is recommended.

Application Areas:

•Indoor and outdoor,

•In water insulation and local repairs of horizontal surfaces, thanks to its self levelling properties,

•In water insulation and local repair of vertical surfaces, thanks to its ease of application with a roll or brush,

•On all kinds of mineral surfaces such as concrete, stone, marble, ceramic, tiles, all kinds of woods, glass, all kinds of metals, roof tile, brick, cement mixed chip panel, gas concrete etc. and combination of all of these,

•In balconies, terrace or inclined roofs where water insulation is required, wood and metal surfaces, in intersections of chimneys, ventilations and skylights, and fixing the roof tiles,

•In potable water tanks, pools and cisterns,

•In repairing cracks up to 5 mm,

•In wet areas such as bathroom and kitchen,

•In places below ground level, such as foundation, garage and basement, against water pressure and ground moisture.

•POLYMERA MS FLUID is MS Polymer based, which has high technical properties, developed with Japanese technology. MS Polymer technology has important advantages compared to existing polyurethane, silicone, bitumen or cement acrylic based coatings:

•Does not contain solvent and isocyanate which are harmful for human health and for the environment. Can be safely used indoor and in contact with the potable water. Is a **0% product.

•Is resistant to UV, does not crack or turn to yellow. Can be safely used outdoor.

•Bonds even on damp surfaces without primer, provides high adherence. Bonds on wet surfaces with a primer.

•Is not harmful for human health and to the environment thanks to its low VOC values.

•Can be easily and quickly applied with brush or roll. Does not form seams.

•Is very flexible. Can bridge the cracks up to 5 mm. Continues to adhere, cover and protect the building from the cracks which are formed and grow in joints of roof etc. due to the movements of the buildings, without losing its technical properties, after being cured. Turns to its original form perfectly.

•Protects its elasticity even in low temperatures, after being cured. Overpaintable.

•POLYMERA MS FLUID is the only product which offers all these advantages in a single product.

Preparation of the Surface:

•The surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, tar, bitumen, paint, silicone, curing agents, detergents and mold release oils.

•Sealants that were applied and cured in the past must be mechanically cleaned. It should not be applied on old product which is not completely removed.

•It is recommended to cover the boundaries of the application area with a masking tape for the clean look of the area and prevent the material to spread around.

Application Information:

•The tip of the cartridge is cut to place the nozzle given with the cartridge.

•The nozzle is placed to the tip of the cartridge and cut with a sharp craft knife with *5 degree, considering the width of the area where it will be used, and the cartridge must be placed to the gun.

•Following the application of the product with the gun, the surface is smoothened with a spatula or a glove wetted with detergent. This operation allows the silicone to bond stronger and the filling to have a better appearance. The joint width must be between 5mm and *0mm.

•After the application the masking tape must be removed in maximum 5 minutes.

•The product which is spread in undesired areas must be cleaned in maximum 5 minutes with a solvent or alcohol. If this duration is exceeded and the curing is complete, it should be cleaned mechanically.

Caution:

•Avoid application in temperatures below *5°C and over **0°C.

•Not suitable for use in aquariums or sealing glazed surfaces and mirrors.

•It should not be used in completely closed areas since it needs the humidity in the air to be cured.

•Not suitable in medical or pharmacological usages.

•It is not recommended to apply in rainy conditions.

•Not overpaintable.

Shelf Life:

Unopened packages can be stored in a dry and cool environment between **0°C and **5°C for *2 months, provided that the products are protected from UV lights.

Health and Safety:

As with all chemical products, contact with food, skin, eyes and mouth should be avoided during usage and storage. During the application, work wears, protective gloves, goggles and mask should be used according to the work place health regulations. If swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water. Do not leave the package open. Avoid contact with uncured silicone for long periods of time. Keep out of reach of children.
