Description:

EE PP fiber Monofilament is a new kind of material with stronger anti-cracking capacity, which is specially developed and produced for concrete. Through unique technology, it is processed into bundle synthetic fiber with **0% polyester chips. It is suited to reinforce and crack-resist to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar.

6. Usage:
1) Compound amount: To resist the common cracks on surfaces,0.**1.5kg/m3 fibers to cement paint are enough, and for reinforced application 0.**1.8kg/m3 are enough; ****9mm polypropylene fiber is suitable for the use of concrete and **9mm for motar.
2) Stirring requirement: The proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together then stir after adding enough water (do not stir without water) and time for stirring can be prolonged for *- 3 minutes.
