on three separate structure from the inside out:

First layer: Working pipe layer design and customer requirements in accordance with generally used seamless steel pipe, spiral pipe and straight pipe joints. Advanced steel surface after shot blasting process, steel rust grades up GB********8 standard of Sa2 grade, surface roughness up GB***0.***8 standard R = *2.5 microns. 　　

Second layer: polyurethane insulation layer: high pressure foaming machine with a cavity between the pipe and the outer sheath formed a one-time injection of liquid is made of rigid polyurethane foam, commonly known as "pipe-in-pipe foam." 　　

Third layer: high-density polyethylene protective layer: prefabricated into a certain thickness in black or yellow polyethylene plastic pipe. One is its role to protect polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical damage a hard object, the second is corrosion, waterproof.
