Portable expert diagnostic system DIAES estimates
real technical conditions of any rotary equipment
(compressors, pumps, fans, turbines, locomotive
wheel pairs etc.), detects
faults and their reasons in automatic mode on the
base of vibroacoustic noises analysis.
This system allows to detect *7 varieties of
faults including imbalance and shaft
misalignment, defects of rolling and sleeve
bearings, transmissions and couplings, unit
looseness on basement, etc.
Highly qualified vibration diagnostics specialists
are not required to operate this system: DIAES will
provide you with detailed report containing lists
of revealed defects and required repair
jobs.
